| If there's a cuter town in the world, I've never heard of it!
We visited Brigus two years earlier during the annual Blueberry Festival. That day, there were about 7000 people in this town of 800. Despite the crowd, the underlying cuteness of the town was visible but we made a note that we wanted to return sometime when we could see the town in a more normal state. Because of the Bartlett centennial, it seemed appropriate to visit Hawthorne Cottage this year, so we did so and also looked around the town. That evening, before returning to St. John's, we took a short (15 km) trip to Port de Grave to see another outport we had heard about.
