The first non-rainy day

My brother, Eric, had expressed an interest in some of Newfoundland's outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking. His first 6 days in the province were nothing but RDF(= Rain, Drizzle & Fog). Finally, we had a nice day, so while Nora did some shopping, I took Eric to a trailhead and dropped him off. I then drove to a point downstream, parked and walked up to meet him. We repeated this process three times and then went to pick up Nora.

More water in the river

We had a pretty heavy rain Thursday night, so we went back to see what effect this had on the Rennies River.

Fresh Raspberries

On Wednesday, Eric & I had noticed a nice patch of red raspberries. On Saturday, Nora & I returned to that location to harvest a few. I used the opportunity to photograph a few of the beautiful scenes along this trail.
