at the Neil Murray Stage at the Newfoundland & Labrador Folk Festival in Bannerman Park in St. John's, NL.
Susan (15) has been performing since the age of eight and takes voice and piano lessons. For the past two years, she also has attended the Vinland Music Camp to learn how to play additional instruments. Susan is a member of the Conne River Mi'kmaw Choir and performs at the annual Powwow. She competes at the Kiwanas Music Festival in Grand Falls where she has received numerous awards and has been called back for both "highlights" and "stars" night to perform. In addition to provincial appearances, Susan has performed in Miquelon and in Japan as part of the Threnody Peace Education Music Project.
