Personal Rapid Transit Although it was a long day of driving, I took an hour's break to experience the PRT (Personal Rapid Transit) at WVU (West Virginia University) in Morgantown. It was built in the 1970's as a demonstration project with funding from the US Dept of Transportation and was designed to solve the University's transportation problems. The university is spread over multiple campuses in this mountainous town. The PRT unifies the campuses.

While walking from the parking garage to the Kentucky Theater, I noticed this sign in downtown Lexington:

Woodsongs Radio Hour As I did two weeks earlier, I attended a recording of the Woodsongs Radio Hour at the Kentucky Theater in downtown Lexington. This time, the performers were Susan Werner and Vance Gilbert, both of whom I had seen previously at the Old Settlers' Inn in Moundridge, Kansas. Both were certainly worth seeing again.
